		<description>Yeah, my educational psychology professor was particularly harsh against &quot;Punished by Rewards&quot;.  My impression was that it is simply a criticism of and based in misunderstanding behavior modification and motivation theory. i.e. a straw horse argument.</description>

		<description>I should add I looked at the reviews on Amazon and there seems to be some consensus on the limitations of not having rewards/punishment as being an idea far away from the reality of our classrooms.</description>
